Features:
H-BN spheres are composed with micron-sized single-crystal BN sheet. It exhibits good fluidity and relatively low specific surface area, which enables polymers with high BN addition, and hence improved anisotropic thermal conductivity. S-BN can also be composed with some other compositions such as Al2O3, SiO2, SiC, AlN, etc as per customers’ requests.
